Whilst I cover a large area, listed below are some of the locations in Poole and Bournemouth that I use regularly for individual coaching.
With wellness in the workplace and corporate work I tend to work from the companies premises unless requested to book a neutral location by my client.
Located at 348 Poole Road, Branksome. Dorset. BH12 1AW
Opposite Tesco's petrol station and superstore.
The rooms are lovely, quiet and private.
There is a waiting room as you enter the building and I will meet you in the waiting room. Please note that the car park is for Consultants only and therefore the owners of the centre respectfully request that you park in Tesco's car Park Which is free for at least 2hrs.

Located within the grounds of Parley Manor opposite Bournemouth Airport and near to Adventure Wonderland. The address is Swallow Barn, Parley Green Lane, Parley. BH23 6BB
Turn in at the main sign for Parley Manor/Parley Golf Course and keep right, follow the lane until you have Swallow Barn, Physio Fitness Dorset on your left and turn right to the car park. You can wait for me in reception which is where I will meet you.

Located behind Lloyds bank on the junction of Church Road and Springfield Road. BWT's address is 1 Springfield Road, Lower Parkstone, Poole Dorset BH14 0LG.
I have a room in the 2nd Building (cream coloured) Usually Room number 7. There is a waiting area either downstairs in reception or just outside room 7, I will will meet you in the waiting area. Please do not knock on the door just in case I am still with someone. It is a lovely room that is quiet and private. The location has plenty of off road parking.
