“every £1 spent on workplace wellbeing can yield between £3 and £6 in gained productivity and efficiency.  There are limited options that will give you that kind of return on your investment”. (Dame Carol Black)

Wellness in the workplace - If you are not proactively managing it, it's costing you money, if you are kind of doing something, it's probably not enough!
Manage it proactively and watch your business fly!

Generational Differences brief overview

The training looks at the impact that generational differences can have on the workforce. It will explain why the generations may work and behave the way they do and how we can all get along harmoniously in the workplace, once we understand the why's and how's.

Management Approach brief overview

This training is specifically for managers and supervisors; to ensure that the company is doing everything practicably possible to prevent employees suffering from stress, anxiety and depression because of activities or incidents at work. The more an organisation is doing to prevent harm to its’ employees, the stronger its defence will be should an action be brought against them.

The wellness workshops are available in several formats:
      • Full day
      • Half day
      • Modular
Each module is 2hrs in duration and they can be taken singular or in multiples depending on requirements and employee availability.
We will also tailor the training for your specific industry and/or any known issues.
