Executive Stress and Anxiety

The way you are feeling at this moment in time doesn't have to be you going forward.

To have achieved this position within the business shows the belief and potential that others have seen in you.

What's in it for you?

Are you feeling swamped by the enormity of the demanding tasks?

Are you feeling like you are losing an uphill battle?

Are you having panic attacks?

Do you suffer from chest pains?

Do you get palpitations when you see certain emails?

Are you running out of time day to day?

Are you getting a good quality 7 hrs a night sleep?

Are you able to switch off when you leave the office?

Are you carrying home problems into work or vice versa?

I could add many many more lines here but you get the point!

Well, I can help you to go from where you are today to where you want to be!

How's your team performing? I can give support where and when your business needs it!

This is what just one of my clients has to say.

We have worked with Paula at Stress Right for the last few years providing support to our staff on a group as well as an individual basis. With Paula having worked ‘in business’ for a number of years she is very familiar with the stresses and flash points of the modern working environment and has hosted workshop sessions with our team to help them deal with their various roles and challenges.

Paula has also provided invaluable support on a one to one basis where members of our team have needed some additional help or where they have been uncomfortable to share in the group situation. Whether as a whole team, or individually, Paula has helped us to keep our most valuable resource, our people…… healthy, happy, productive and, at work.

It's not uncommon for businesses to promote individuals into management roles because they excelled at their previous role. Management can be completely nothing like you may have imagined. No time to think, tasks coming out of your ears and not enough time to do them in.

This and many other aspects for new managers or managers of new departments or teams can leave you feeling swamped, drowning in the expectations of those above you.

Man management isn't easy, so many different personalities and expectations in your teams let alone all the other hats you'll have to wear in this role.

I've coached managers at all levels including senior managers who have had to deal with extreme challenges through all kinds of corporate requirements, amalgamations internal and external, acquisitions and takeovers national and international. As you can imagine the demands and expectations grow exponentially with ever increasing responsibilities and the levels of stress in these areas are immense.

My role is to help executives to make sense of what's being asked of them, whilst making sure that their stress doesn't get the better of them. The tasks can be extremely demanding in their own right let alone if you add high levels of stress into the mix, an individual can quickly find that the simplest task seems impossible. I help them to bring a calmness and degree of order to everything.

Having been in the corporate world before retraining as a stress management coach, I understand the chaos that can ensue. I am also a trained Samaritan and had to deal with some of the darkest moments we as humans can face.

I work with the individual, giving them the support and guidance they need, no two people are the same, it's definitely not a case of one size fits all.

I have also coached managers who are looking to further their career in moving up again, knowing how daunting their current role is they want to be more prepared for the next one.

If it's time for you to make sense of the chaos, control your stress or discover what's holding you back, get in touch. The initial call is free, it gives you a chance to see how I can help and you've nothing to lose, just 30 mins of your time.
